Karleigh Osborne Founder & Director
Karleigh Osborne is the founder of 24 Football Academy and a former professional footballer who made his Brentford FC first-team debut at just 17 years old. During his standout career, he made over 160 appearances for Brentford and played a key role in the club’s 2008–09 promotion-winning season. Across his time in the game he has played for Millwall, Bristol City, and Kilmarnock and amassed nearly 400 professional appearances within the Football League.
After retiring, Karleigh transitioned into coaching, leading Brentford Women for seven successful years and guiding the team to promotions, cup victories, and historic FA Cup runs. His impact both on and off the pitch was recognised in 2025 when he was appointed as a Brentford Club Ambassador

Why He Founded the Academy
Growing up in Southall, Karleigh experienced the importance of resilience, guidance, and opportunity. Inspired by his own journey, including overcoming early setbacks, he created 24 Football Academy to give young players high-quality coaching, real mentorship, and an environment that builds both skill and character.
