Our Journey
Playing football was always our dream. We both were able to earn a 3 year scholarship with Brentford FC, spending our days training with top coaches, travelling all over the country to play against other top teams and mixing with the 1st team.

KARLEIGH OSBORNE
After spending three years at Brentford FC as a scholar and not being offered a professional contract, I signed for AFC Wimbledon and was there for a season before joining local side North Greenford United where I would spend most of my playing days. I also had short spells at Hanwell Town FC and Chertsey Town FC.
I played professionally for 15 years. Playing all levels from EFL championship down to national league, playing for Brentford FC, Millwall and Bristol City to name a few as well as Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership. I have won 3 promotions and reached two JPT finals winning one and being runner up at another. I have now decided to give back my knowledge and expertise to the next generation in order to help them on their journey to follow their dreams!
Our vision for 24Football Academy is to share our experiences and help children and young people who are going through the same journey as we had, mentoring and encouraging them to give it their best shot of reaching their dreams.
